* There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs (except for deliveries). After 2 hours, rates are charged in hourly increments.
* Extra fuel charges apply when travelling outside the M25.
* There is a minimum charge of £90 for goods going to the tip.
* Travelling through the congestion charge requires an extra payment of £8.
* Parking is responsibility of the customer and must be arranged by him. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the driver before completion of the job.
* Jobs running over the estimated completion time will be charged at hourly increments.
* Payments must be made by credit and debit cards, or cash on arrival to destination address the latest.
* Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays.
* Movers will take 30mins break after 4 hours working if the job is longer than 4 hours. These 30 mins will be deducted from the total amount.
*If, due to different reasons, the client decides to keep their belongings in one of our vans overnight and finish their removal in the morning, it is their own decision and we do not take responsability for the goods the stay in the vehicle overnight.
* We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after job is complete and payment is received. We do not take responsibility for the items that were not packed by our movers using appropriate packing materials, and are not properly secure for travelling in the van.
* Estimated times are not guaranteed and any work taking longer than estimated is chargeable.
*Any valuable items, such as cash, jewellery, etc., must be taken by the client before any job. We do not take responsability for them.
* Parking reservations are the responsibility of the customer.
